  • Manual Operation
  • Pick and Place
  • Robotic
  • Vibratory Feed
  • Powered Roller Feed and Take-Away
  • Lift Assist Manipulator

Pre-Treat:

Prior to painting your product may require some type of preparation. We have developed various processes to address those requirements. These processes are listed below and easily incorporated into our paint systems.

  • Washing and Dry
  • Grit Blasting
  • Pre-Heating
  • Flame treat
  • De-stat Blow Off
  • Masking

Paint:

There are various methods to paint your parts. Each part is unique as to the type of coating to be applied, the coverage area and the paint thickness requirements. We will propose the best type of spray booth, spray equipment, part holding, and conveyor spindle. Also, if needed, we will advise on the best type of automation required to do the job efficiently. We have the experience to select the best equipment to paint your parts.

  • Spray Booth (Water wash, dry filter, open or closed face)
  • Spray Guns (Air spray, HVLP, airless, electrostatic)
  • I.D.Coating
  • Paint Supply (Pressure vessel, pumping, circulating, meter mix 2K, kitchens, mix rooms)
  • Automation (Powered and static part rotators, spray gun movers, reciprocators, spray robots)
  • Part Holder/Conveyor Spindle (Rotating, non-rotating, detented 90 or 180 deg.)

Drying / Curing:

Precision Conveyor ovens are custom designed for each application. Our ovens are engineered to be energy efficient and built to last. With correctly designed heat distribution and accurate temperature control, we can ensure proper drying or curing of your parts. Below are oven types we build along with pre / post oven enclosures.

  • Electric Infrared
  • Gas Catalytic Infrared
  • Ultraviolet
  • Convection (Gas, electric)
  • Induction Heating
  • Flash Enclosures, before oven (Heated, non-heated and exhausted)
  • Cooling Enclosures, after oven (Forced air)

Electrical Controls:

Precision Conveyor provides PLC and touchscreen based control systems with our Chain-On-Edge Painting / Coating Systems. As a standard, we use Allen Bradley CompactLogix platform, but have the ability to tailor the control system component manufacturer to your company's requirements.

  • PLC Based
  • Touchscreen Interface
  • Part Tracking
  • Recipe Systems
  • Fault Detection
  • Application Specific
