1Fixture Ready Spindle TopsEach spindle includes a machined interface to connect with your part fixture. Choose from standard designs or let us adapt to your existing tooling.
2Track Slot Closure PlateShields internal components from overspray and debris—reducing wear and extending system life.
3Precision Guide BarsCold-finished steel guide bars support the upper bearings to ensure consistent spindle motion and long bearing life.
4Dual Upper BearingsTwo ball bearings at the top of each spindle provide stable, wobble-free motion for parts up to 30 lbs.
5Spindle Grease Point/Anti-Lift RetainerEach spindle includes a threaded zerk fitting designed to provide a fast, and effective way to maintain lubrication within the rotating spindle; this part also serves as a retainer to hold the spindle on the pin.
6Customizable Rotation InterfaceThe spindle rotation point can be configured as a spocket, sheave, detented indexer, or even non-rotating depending on your process needs.
7Hardened Spindle Pin with Grease PocketHardened steel spindle pins run through the chain and above the track to support every spindle from within, providing a strong mounting point; Grease pockets allow for consistent rotation and lubrication of all spindles.
8Solid Pin Conveyor ChainOur custom heavy-duty chain resists stretch, tracks accurately, and supports smooth indexing even across long systems.
9V-Grooved Stabilizing WheelsEach wheel includes dual ball bearings and a self-cleaning groove profile—delivering smooth, low-friction tracking and reliable part positioning.
10Cold Finished V-Bar GuideStabilizing wheels ride along a precision-ground V-bar, keeping the chain aligned and the conveyor running smoothly over time.
11Modular, Enclosed TrackLaser-cut steel track is built to tight tolerances and designed for simple bolt-up installation and expansion.

1Fixture Ready Spindle TopsEach HD Series spindle includes a precision-machined connection point for your part fixture. Choose from standard options or let us adapt to your existing tooling.
2Track Slot Closure PlateProtects internal components from overspray, dust, and debris—reducing wear and extending system life.
3Precision Guide BarsCold-finished steel bars provide a rigid, low friction surface for the upper bearings, ensuring stable motion and prolonged bearing life.
4Dual Upper BearingsDual bearing assemblies to eliminate spindle wobble and ensure smooth, consistent part rotation—even under heavy side loads.
5Customizable Rotation InterfaceThe spindle rotation point—shown here with a sheave—can also be configured as a sprocket, a detented indexer, or even non-rotating for fixed-part applications.
6Heavy Duty Tapered Roller BearingLocated at the top of the spindle, this bearing handles extreme thrust and radial loads—ideal for tall, unbalanced, or high-mass parts.
7Solid Pin Conveyor Chain
Exclusive to Precision Conveyor, our solid pin chain handles long runs, high loads, and extreme duty cycles without elongation.
8Lower Rotation Bearing SupportA secondary bearing at the spindle base provides additional support during rotation, ensuring smooth, controlled motion under heavy load.
9V-Grooved Stabilizing WheelsEach guide wheel features dual ball bearings and a self-cleaning profile to ensure low-friction tracking, load support, and long service life.
10Cold Finished V-Bar GuideThe stabilizing wheels ride along a precision-ground V-bar to maintain perfect chain alignment over time—even under full load.
11Modular, Enclosed TrackLaser-cut steel track segments are built to tight tolerances for easy bolt-up assembly and reliable system scalability.
