With robotic load/unload, automatic powder application, and offline curing, the system delivers high-throughput performance with minimal operator involvement.
System Overview:
4" Pitch Heavy-Duty COE Conveyor
Purpose-built to handle high-mass parts with exceptional stability. Each spindle supports up to 150 lbs, allowing for reliable transport of large steel wheels through the coating process.
Robotic Load & Unload
Integrated robots manage both infeed and outfeed, ensuring consistent part handling and reducing manual labor. The result: better throughput and fewer handling errors.
Nordson Automatic Powder Spray System
Featuring industry-leading Nordson equipment, this setup provided precise, efficient powder application with uniform coverage—ideal for high-volume, high-durability parts like truck wheels.
Offline Curing Oven
After coating, parts transferred to an offline curing system. This setup improved line flexibility and kept the conveyor footprint lean without compromising curing performance.
